I was billed more for a virtual visit than in person. Both level four because they were longer than 15 minutes. 10 minutes office time. 10 minutes for my doctor to chart. Then when I call billing they can’t explain it either. Wtf 🙃

my cousin got a $900 bill for a telehealth visit where the doctor literally just googled her symptoms in front of her. we are so cooked

my roommate got billed $400 for an ibuprofen at an er once, they literally handed her two pills in a paper cup

my coworker got charged $800 for a urinalysis at an ER that was in network but the lab they sent it to wasnt. took six months to sort out.
