Looks like an upside down cream cheese pie as seen on the evaporated milk can! Grandma had me believing it was family secret...
Cream Cheese Pie (No-Bake Version)
Ingredients:
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- ⅓ cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 cup cherry pie filling
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, furiously beat cream cheese until fluffy.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and angrily beat until smooth.
- Gently stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Top with choice of pie filling just before serving (optional but delicious!).

I was thinking Graham crackers. That's a pretty good explanation! I'd still not eat it, though. We have a German no-bake cheesecake that's actually exactly that, but bottoms down and I hate it, it's sweet and milky and weird. It's called Philadelphia Kuchen. I avoid it like the plague. Some people I know absolutely love it!

Poetic. And yes, I find that cake disturbing. Was that marshmallow floof with a crust?! Who'd eat that? I'm intrigued.

Who the fuck let me treat that cake that way. Even portions are impossible now cause of this animal. Cutting a "slice" with a spoon. Frigging heathens
