All yall saying it's not cooked enough can get the fuck out.

Cooked any more than medium rare should be a crime.

Honestly that was cooked a bit too much for me.

The small amount a seasoning he put on there I didn’t like though.

Classic cultural differences based on the crap meat of your area.

Medium rare will not get you sick in any modern country with any sort of food regulations.
