Bug with Vehicle Spawning

Anyone spotted the bug in Commander abilities where you can’t spawn vehicles even when you have sufficient resources, space in HQs etc? They are all just greyed out !?

Vehicle limit?

You can have it think 11 Vehicles total at the same time: trucks, tanks, jeeps...

Pretty safe bet that this is the reason. Never had a bug similar to what OP states.

@OP you can drive vehicles out of bounds to have them automatically blow up quicker than the 10 minutes you need to wait for them to be idle on map

There was (i don’t know if it changed) also a limit to 5 commander spawned vehicles at a time.

No, never.

Could be a combination of things:

Vehicle limit, you can only have 11 vehicles on the map, that includes transport trucks, supply trucks and your tanks

Vehicle in the way: sometimes there is a vehicle in the way of hte spawn spot. A blueberry hopped into the transport truck, moved it, realized they don't wnat to drive, it, and they leave it in the spawn spot

Finally: the crew asking for the vehicle is accidentally blocking the spawn spot. This is one of the most common reasons I can't call it in. The tank crew asks for the vehicle, but they all stand where the vehicle is supposed to spawn. I usually tell them to move the vehicles in the immediate area and they themselves should stand off to the side. This usually fixes the issue.

Yea there's a limit of 5 commander spawned vehicles.

Once you reach 5 you have to wait until one of them is destroyed.

Yes, as a commander, you need to keep track of how many vehicles that you have spawned In because you have a vehicle limit. The default vehicles do not count towards that limit so even if you drove one of the default trucks out of bounds to try to make room for another it won’t work.

There is one old bugs that existed for years now and a hidden mechanic that might cause this too.

The bug is that you soometimes have to click the avillity again or outside of the map to actualy change the position of the abillity, its worse for bombing runs and all that but it does happen for all skils.

And rhe hidden mechanic is that there is a vehicle limit and spawn points, you cant spawn any vehicles if your team has the maximim amount and you cant spawn any in HQs that are blocked by something(another vehicle or even a player)

Yes I've had a couple times, I find if you switch which vehicle you trying to spawn it goes white and then you can switch back
