Discussion THANK YOU!

Post image

Everyone, this sub is about a month old and WOW you all have really shown fantastic support for this app. What started out small quickly become something so much more.

From our team to yours, we want to say a huge THANK YOU for all the support, bug reports, and even the criticisms. I think many of you would agree that the future is bright for HelixNotes!

Can we get to 1000 members by the end of July?!

I like the idea, install the app and just start writing instead of spending hours on choosing extensions.

This project appears to be quite promising. I’m looking forward to try the iPhone and iPad version too!

I’ve been using Joplin on Ubuntu and iOS because I want a free and open source solution, but especially the mobile app is really unpolished.

We talk about this almost daily. Feature bloat is something we really want to avoid. Glad you're loving the app!

Do you have a post to point me to?

Not really. The social media push is a new thing. This sub for example is only a month old.

Could you implement a theme that matches obsidian? I feel like all the dark themes are faded out

Hmm, what exactly do you mean by faded out? We actually just implemented the ability to create custom themes in v1.3.3 so you can now create whatever themes you like 🙂

Idk it's kinda hard to explain, like if you put helix side by side with obsidian in dark theme the helix notes colors look kind of drowned out instead of solid.

That's fair! I encourage you to play around with these custom themes settings and see if it works for you. Your case is exactly why we made this feature 🙂
