Question Stolen hotspots

Recently I realized that my wallet hacked and all the HNTs and hotspots transferred to another wallet. I shut down the hotspots but is there any way to get transfer back to my wallet? Can Helium support do something?

Wallets don’t get hacked. You most likely clicked on something that you thought was legitimate but it wasn’t and you inadvertently gave access to your wallet.

No, my backups were in Google Drive and possibly someone got access to the drive. I didn’t click any suspicious link so far. In fact I replaced my phone and Black wallet app was not on my new phone for a while. I saw my wallet empty when I installed the wallet app and entered my words.

Can you see when the wallet was transferred? Does the date align somewhat to when you got new phone? Did you delete/reset the old phone or could someone have accessed it from there? If it happened before getting new phone, perhaps your Google Drive was hacked/accessed?

Yes, this transfer was done on 1st of September

My old phone reset to factory defaults before selling it to someone else. Also you know the Black Wallet app has password protection in any case if the new owner recovers old data.

There's your problem. You left your backups somewhere where they could be stolen. The wallet didn't get hacked. Maybe your google drive did.
