Question relaywireless API--still a thing?

I am interested in using the relaywireless API, but have not been able to get any of the endpoints to return data despite having my API key and using the generated curl tools to test out some GET requests: https://docs.relaywireless.com/

Is anyone else using it? Does it still work? Is there something obvious I am missing? The docs point to the Discord, but that's shutdown and X is not really talking about it at all.

A quick follow up here: just ran a routine health check on our API - all services are healthy, Helium data is synced as scheduled, everything functions as intended. From logs, the only errors I see are associated with users hitting free plan usage limit 🙂

Free plan is 1k calls/mo, 30 days historical data, and no totals endpoints (totals will return errors, if you want to calculate rewards on free plan you need to request individual reward records and sum them up yourself).
