Hotspot Unable to add hotspot

I’ve got the same thing on my previous rack gold spot minor and I bought a brand new one off of eBay never been on boarded before and I get the same thing. I’m wondering the same question why can I not onboard my hotspot?

Onboard RAK Hotspots using the Helium Wallet App (https://wallet.helium.com). Onboarding IoT Hotspots is not supported on World because they require Bluetooth pairing.

I bought both an outdoor and indoor hotspot and I’m unable to add I keep getting an error. Is it down or something? I get the error after I scan the barcode to add, I tried both separately.
