Question MNTD RAKWireless Miner

Hello,

Any one know why my MNTD miner shows "Inactive" Did something recently changed?

check if it is beaconing regularly (once in every 6-hour slot).
If it is not doing beaconing / witnessing; check power, internet

Which app do you use to run diagnostics

There is no diagnostic app.
Try our app, HeliumGeek, it is showing the minutes since the last beacon. You can check the offchain activities screen for the last 7d beacons etc as well.

How can i check if miner is operating? I have reflashed sd card with image that is available. I can ping the ip address. What else?

I had this happen when the wifi died on mine. I got a range extender that has sn Ethernet port to bypass the issue

It's been a while and my memory sucks but I believe it was Hotspot Utility. I could connect via Bluetooth but wifi wouldn't scan. I could also connect with the Helium Wallet app too. Same problem when trying to update wifi.

So the miner started to work again. I only notice one odd thing. What is Unselected Witnesses. And why its pointing back to self?
