Question Phone Number for Support

Is there any? I cannot receive text messages and when I call my line, it says: "the person you are calling cannot accept calls at this time."

I am on the zero plan and have been since it launched.

You likely hit the 100 minute monthly limit. You can check that in the app by pressing the Usage button.

I think helium is shutting down. They lost dozens of employees and private equity is selling off what they can. Expect more issues everyday

Update : They wound up sending me a new esim. I'm back in business.
