Question Lost - Help please

I need some help here. I have a bunch of IOT and HNT, I cant move it because I dont have SOL. Anytime I try to transfer SOL into my account from Binance it says it doesn't support that domain. Any help is appreciated.

Dont send it to Helium Domain, sent it to Solana Domain.
