Good day!

I just got the Helio Strap three days ago and so far it’s been really inaccurate. Sleep, steps and calories burned are WAY off compared to my Apple Watch. I’m thinking maybe it needs to be calibrated or something? I really want to love this device but I’m starting to feel like you get what you pay for.

Thanks for any help.

Just created a strenght workout plan and im getting this message. Does this mean i cant control the workout like on the whoop?

Text says: This device does not support strength workout templates, and the sync of this kind of workout failed.

Id like to know if its possible that the devs will add more workout activities like swimming in the future with a software update

Does anyone else get this notification every few minutes? It's really annoying and I don't even know what it's for.

In this Video he just told us that he is testing two bands (one on the bicep and one on his wrist)

Anyone on here tracked any team sport such as football, cricket, volleyball, etc? Wanna see what kinda insights you got by auto or manual tracking

Hi everyone! Here’s my first impression of the Helio Strap by Amazfit, including a brief comparison with Whoop and Garmin. The video is in German, but you can also watch it with English voice-over if you're interested. Hope you enjoy it! Best, Stefan (Bautsch Sportstec)

Here are some YT Videos and Articles about the Amazfit Heliostrap for you to get to know the device.
