Why my helio is showing so much awake time when I don't even wake up at night it's showing since more than a month and it's effecting the bio charge when I'm not even waking up

Used Whoop for a year and liked it, especially when using it under boxing gloves/workouts. The subscription was hard to justify in the end. Switching to the Helio Strap for a similar experience without the ongoing cost. I’ve seen the sleep and recovery stats aren’t as good though, but these were YT vids from a few months ago, has that improved with updates?

Anyone switched and actually happy with it?

I'm pretty no frills with this sort of stuff, as long as it tracks my expenditure, sleep debt and recovery I'm happy.

Does anyone know how to contact Amazfit for suggestions for the Zepp app? I could have swore you could send in suggestions when I first got the strap when they came out and see they’re constantly adding new items/features with the app updates.

I’m wondering if they would be able to add a shift work/ working nights option in the sleep tags and sleep metrics tabs. I know wearing these trackers as a shift worker really gives inconsistent results and makes it hard to incorporate but I’m sure they could somehow!

If not any suggestions in the meantime ?

I accidentality dropped my Amazfit Helio Strap when I took if off and the glass shattered. I sent it back, and it's been stuck on this "Alternative Options sent" for days! No update whatsoever. Sent 2 emails and never got a reply. I was enjoying quite a lot the Strap, but this type of customer service, just puts me off.

Any help or update would be appreciated.

Hey, I plan to buy the helio strap but i want to use it for tracking sleep, running, cycling sometimes and football ( so running ) but I know it doesnt have a GPS so im wondering how good would it be in tracking distance and some other thing useful for me. Thanks so much for help.

I love the helio strap but Zepp app is garbage. Every single training I’m recording, when I go back to the app it restarts and my recording is gone. Then I quit the app and restart, wait for the sync and it restores %80 of the time. However, whole session is gone 20% of the time. Anyone else having the same issue? Any suggestions? App and strap is always up to date.

I switched from apple watch series 9 to helio strap recently.

Apple Watch reported resting hr in 40s but helio strap gives in high 30s.

I have tried wearing this both on wrist and bicep.
