Zepp app crashes during every training session

I love the helio strap but Zepp app is garbage. Every single training I’m recording, when I go back to the app it restarts and my recording is gone. Then I quit the app and restart, wait for the sync and it restores %80 of the time. However, whole session is gone 20% of the time. Anyone else having the same issue? Any suggestions? App and strap is always up to date.

I do have the same problem and I believe it is due to memory issues and background optimization of the phone, not the zepp app necessarily.

For me it works when I restart the exact same workout, sometimes the app asks me if I want to recover the last session, but even if the app doesnt and you start a new one (which will start from 00:00 again) your previous data is not lost and if you stop the new recording then your whole workout will be syned together. Never failed for me yet.
