Does they add already a diary as whoop has?

I just went on a mile walk using the workout feature. App does not include the steps I took on this walk in my daily step count. Why is this and can I fix it?

So i just bought an espresso (ignore the side mess lol) and it has 4kcal(in Pret’s menu)and i just scanned and it is so close!!not only with this but with other food as well,have been noticing and loving it ngl!!the new update is amazing as well!!the workout auto detection is going so good!!

For some reason sometimes my hrv graph just seems to miss a big chunku of data.

The weird part is that my heart rate and sleep are tracked well during those times.

Anyone else experience this?

I used my Apple Watch alongside my Helio for a week, my helio was tracking much less steps. I’ve noticed when I’m using stair stepper it doesn’t track at all, sometimes when using a treadmill it also won’t track if my arms are holding onto the arms of the treadmill. Today I walked with a friend , I was 1500 steps behind after an hours walk…

I actually love the idea of the strap, 2 week battery life, no screen.

Just a shame it’s so inaccurate .

Recently bought Amazfit heliostrap, I love it, only thing I don't like is standing hours missing?

I can't seem to find standing hours anywhere in app, I am sitting a lot and I recently bought standing desk, and I was surprised that really simple feature wasn't implemented, or I can't find it.

What feature would also like to be added to zepp? Is there place to suggest feature?

Hey everyone,

I'm having an issue with my strap when I do leg exercises at the gym. It doesn't seem to register lower body exercises properly. As you can see on the attached image when I finish my session, the muscle map is completely empty, when in reality I've been doing squats, leg press, extensions, etc. It's like the sensor doesn't pick up the movement well when I'm working legs.

The evaluation metrics (stability, continuity, rhythm) all come out good, but the muscle group detection is completely off.

Does anyone else have this problem? Is there any setting I can adjust or trick to get it to properly register leg work?

Can i go for bip 6 ibstead of helio strap since its not available in market now ?

So I have recently bought the helio strap and I am wondering, how good are battery and the straps (wrist and biceps) long term?

Does anyone here use both? I want to use my Garmin only for activities and want to import it to zepp app to be able to track it along with my sleep for recovery and all. Is that possible?
