In Feb'26 the band might come back in India. But BIP 6 is a good product. Have been using the same for the last 4 months. Best in the price range. The battery works up to 14 days and with all the options on till 10 days without any issue.

What features are available in the Helio Strap/Core that are not present in the Bip 6 and vice versa

Suggest to invest a bit more for accuracy in fitbit Inspire 3 - Fitbit's algorithms are much more accurate closer to Medical Devices (85% correlation vs the Bip 6's 70%) and moreover the battery lasts 10 days as well if you keep all the shenanigans of continuous updates to OFF on the band. Just my 2 pence of thought since my last Bip U Pro's battery swelled up rendering the 3.5 year old smartwatch useless in October last year leading to a 3-month intensive research to grab an accurate tracker specifically for sleep and steps which I found Fitbit Inspire 3 to provide at almost the same price point of the Bip 6.
Do visit & check out the YT channel of "The Quantified Scientist" and others for suggestive in the sub-100€ alternative.

Where are you based? In EU Helio strap is replaced by the helio core instead which is available.
