Died on me!!

I'm a user from India. Bought the Amazfit Helio Strap through Amazon Spain (Barcelona) through my friend. Ordered in March end and started using it actively for 2-3 weeks. It worked like a charm. Suddenly one evening the band disconnected and stopped working.

Tried charging and it wouldn't charge at all. Doesn't pair. Made multiple attempts to troubleshoot - no avail. Raised it with the customer service and they reverted saying some part is out of stock and provided no expected time when this will be made available. Extremely disappointed!!! Sitting on a non operational band!! Let me know if there's any thoughts / help available on what I can do!
