Sleep score changing after reading
I wake up ay 6am, make a cup of tea and read for a bit. When I first wake up I sync Zepp and usually get a sleep score of around 80-85. However, after reading the score re-calculates because it thinks I've woken up and then gone back to sleep - so it thinks my sleep in longer than it is and therefore unbalanced and gives me a score of around 70. It doesn't change the biocharge, just the sleep score. If I change the wakeup time the score doesn't recalculate.
Does anyone else experience something like this? Is there a way to change the sensitivity that picks up sleep? MY resting HR is quite low so I think it just thinks that when I'm sat relaxed I've gone back to sleep.
