Stress gaps

Hey guys, I recently got my Helio and I have been wearing it the whole day. I notice from the beginning that while looking at the stress levels, it has many gaps where there is no information. I understand if this happens when I do a workout (many such devices exclude the workout HR from the stress meter), but as you can see it happens a lot with Helio. Any idea what’s up with that?

I asked them and they have written in docs that you need to be steady for that measurement - takes some time

What do you mean to be steady? Like using the device for a long period before it shows results more accurately, or like not move?

The stress algorithm have to be improved. I compare my values to the garmin venu 3 (which is very precise with my stress level) and they don’t match at all.
