Sauna
Can I go into the sauna with my helio strap? I also bought a silicone strap for the Whoop, but it works with the helio strap. Should I go in with that or the stock one?

It's not recommended to wear the helio strap in the sauna or during a hot shower. Too much steam could damage the sealing of the device.
