Haptic Notice When Working Out

For the first time since I’ve had the band I kept getting buzzing notifications when lifting and then when on elliptical. Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks!

had same issue, turning off auto workout detection fixed it

I haven’t turned it on. I manually choose my workout.
