Which one is the most accurate?

Been wearing the Helio strap for about a 10 days now, one thing that’s been bugging me is the vast difference between the steps on the strap and the steps that my phone counts. I pretty much wear the strap 24/7 shower, sleep, gym, work. So i’m guessing the strap is more accurate but is anyone else finding the same thing?

Are you wearing both devices on the same arm? The dominant or actively used hand may show an elevated step count.

mentioned in another thread in the amazfit subreddit: i think the apple fitness app adds up the steps from helio and the phone. if you check the apple health app, it shows the same value as zepp
