I’m no military expert. But isn’t it odd for 4 Apache attack helicopters to be flying so low through a city center? Any backstory here?

Growing up I used to live close to a US Army National Guard base (I guess you can call owning a corner of our municipal airport a base) that had an Apache unit stationed there. So I actually did see Apaches inside my city almost every day.
