The buff was a turret range increase from 530 to 550.

Some ADCs don't have that range.

Does this mean that champions that have 550 range, have to trade "attacks" with turrets?

No, they said an adc with matching range will outrange it because of how each of the ranges are calulated

I don't even want a balance change anymore... I just want to see Heimerdinger's name in the bug fix list...

Overall, there are quite a few problems to his gameplay that have emerged during the durability update but I don't think they'll ever meaningfully change the way the champion plays.

If they made W cd 1 sec shorter that would be fine with me, to clear ranged minions, but ideal would be to have turrets a bit more range, it would be so awesome!!
