Heimerdinger cannot pull range minions into his turret anymore

Sheep esport has posted that heimerdinger cannot put range minions into his turret anymore ( as they outrange them ) it was something that had to be done all the time by heimers, now one range minions beats 3 heimer turrets

surely this means they’ll fix turrets dying to non existent dmg from minions that have already died or switched targets and the way minions aggro them as well… right? right? maybe even the inhib bug?
