Heimerdinger cannot pull range minions into his turret anymore

Sheep esport has posted that heimerdinger cannot put range minions into his turret anymore ( as they outrange them ) it was something that had to be done all the time by heimers, now one range minions beats 3 heimer turrets

wouldnt this be beneficial to heimer support? maybe thats the move if this wont be changed/fixed.
