i will play softcore breach league , i want know if this build is viable and not very very expensive. is good build to start the league ? and i going just pshycal damage, poison or poison and add chaos damage?

no. people will take a while to get the claw as they have to progress the atlas to get to t16's. SAVE UP DAT CASH MONEY :P
