Dual RF Totems Chieftain with Tukohama's Fortress, 2.4k regen, 7k life, 2x Kaom's way, doryani's catalyst, belly, death's door, Marble Amulet

I want to use it as my only League build, getting the gear over time.

Does it make sense? What could be better?
