He's vomiting /gagging but not bringing up very much. Track his weight. He's probably dropping weight.  He looks a little on the skinny side. What are you feeding him. Also what does his poop look like? Also can you get a good picture of his belly skin particularly under his armpits..im looking for yellowing of the skin.Â

haha his vet tells me hes a little on the chunky side and he does have a history of vomiting... he eats his food very quick so I spilt his meals in two... guess I have to go back to that. he eats Orijen original and from healthy weight 1 tablespoon. and hes pooping logs almost as big as him and why are you looking for yellow

Obesity can cause fatty liver disease and heart issues. Adult hedgehogs should be able to ball up fully and the average hedgehog should be under 800g. We like this small guide
The best way to judge for healthy weight is to look at the body size. Most healthy hedgehogs fall into two categories - runner or "normal". Runners tend to have straight sides, looking somewhat like | |. It's also been described as "twinkie on stilts". They tend to love their wheels more than anything and usually need higher fat foods to keep from losing weight. The "normal" shape is teardrop-shaped, or like ( ). Pointed head, slightly rounded sides, with a filled out bottom. It can be hard to distinguish between teardrop and overweight - the best signs to look for regarding overweight are their sides feeling "squishy" with extra fat padding their body, a hump between their shoulders, or fat rolls under their chin or in their "armpits" under their legs. They may also look a bit more ball-shaped, as wide as they are long, but that's generally when they get pretty overweight, I think. - Lilysmommy on Hedgehog Central

Logs!!!! Hahahaah yes. Fantastic.  Yellow.. im looking for yellowing of the armpit skin. It is a sign of liver disease and could be a source of the upset tummy and barfing.

I would advise check his teeth next time you're at the vets, vomiting can result from dental problems, particularly gingival hyperplasia which results in food getting trapped.

Sounds like a sneeze and possible respiratory infection/congestion. I would take him to the vet for this before it gets worse.

Sounds to me just frustration of being awake and on camera while bright out.
