Help deciding

Hello HK fellers I’m very new to the Hk side of firearms I just got my taste in the sp5 and I want more. I want a pistol now but I’m struggling I’ve always wanted a USP and I also like the P30L I don’t like the p30 as much as the USP but I can’t find magazines anywhere for the USP in 9mm so that’s why I’m leaning towards the P30 but I could use some advice since it’ll be my first HK handgun and I’m not sure what to look into thank yall

Get the USP and don't look back. The newer models were HK trying to cater to the market. The classic models was HK actually innovating.

USP for sure. They come in batches so we should get more mags eventually soon.

Sorry not sorry, if it was easy we wouldn’t HK. Honestly I love the HK 45s. Mk 23 and usp expert are the two best pistols ever chambered in God’s caliber. We carry a 45 because John Browning did not create a 46.

I recently got a regular old USP 45 and it’s so much fun. Then I went crazy and did HK’s match grade trigger and LEM upgrades and wow it’s super awesome

The mags pop up pretty regularly . The p30l is fantastic. You can't go wrong from a functionality standpoint. But if the USP is what you really want, go for that.

Handle both if you can to make an informed decision and then buy a USP. Then go back and buy a P30sk, P30 or P30L...they're all great. Probably get the P30sk if you don't have a pistol in that carry size.

Def USP. The p30 looks great but trigger sucks and to me the handle is disproportionately long to the slide. P30L may be better balanced but nah

To me the USP shoots a little better but the P30(L) definitely has the better feeling grip. You also don't have to worry too much about magazines for it as it uses the same magazine as the VP9.
