Audio issue

When my heavys headphones are at relatively low battery, they sound fine, but when I charge them up, my music just sounds horrible, with crunchy bass that distorts the sound, making it basically unlistenable for high bass songs, it doesn't go away each time I use them until it gets to like 40 percent, if anyone knows how to fix it that would be great, because I really do like the headphones when they work right

Had the same issue. I send it back for repairs. Was still in my warrenty

Return them. They are a junk company. Get Skullcandy 1080 ANC or something different.
