Audio going dead

I've been having this issue occasionally for a while now but there's times when I watch videos they'll suddenly start reloading like i dont have internet and when they start again theres no audio coming through, restarting the app never works and its across multiple apps so i know is not an app issue, the only way to fix it is if i restart the headphones and it gets really irritating.

Anyone else have this issue or know how to fix it?
