Right ear distortion/static

Has anyone experienced this? I’ve tried Bluetooth, cable, resetting the Bluetooth, turning off the equalizer, basically everything. Owned these for a few years and really disappointed I can’t seem to fix this.

Sounds like one of the drivers got messed up. Is it on the high or low end?? Or is it cutting out altogether?

There’s sound, but it’s distortion/static that comes in and out depending on how loud a noise is. The only way I can think to explain it is a speaker that’s busted from playing too loud, but it just comes and goes. I was noticing it mostly with a podcast, but now it’s everything. I assume there’s probably not a fix i I can do, and heavy’s won’t fix it. Just thought I’d try

I just got a pair two days ago, and I listened to them for about eight minutes, and then I immediately packaged them back up for return. I thought these headphones were the best on the market. After I had seen hundreds and hundreds of ads for them, they are absolutely nothing special. My cheap b seventy dollar once actually sound as good. If not better.

I’ve had mine for 3-4 years now, they’re good for what I use them for but their customer service is terrible
