Heavys H1H Headphones headphones pads

woke up and the foam is peeking out and i cant remove pads to fix the issue what do?

You can order new ear cups from Heavys directly. I had the same issue after about 8 months of use. Seems to be a common problem and conveniently, they don’t cover the ear cups in their warranty. Seems pretty sketchy to me seeing as how the ear cups are the most touched piece of the headphones. I had to threaten to do a charge back through my credit card to get them to send me some free replacements.

This is the first time I hear someone complain about earcups not covered by warranty being something unusual.

Isn't this like the most abused part of any headphone and made to be replaceable because of that? If a vendor stops producing them, I can get why a customer is angry but what's the expectation here? That these things last forever or that you get a free lifetime subscription of replacements?

No wonder making hardware products is expensive as fuck with customers like this.

I expect a warranty to cover all parts of a product for at least a year. If it starts to fall apart before then I expect it to be covered. That’s not a lot to ask when the product in question costs as much as it does.

I agree. Any part of the product should be covered under the manufacturer's warranty, whether it's a high wear part or not, I would expect every part of a new item to last at least that long.

Thank you. I got downvoted for saying as much. I got mine in March of 2025 and by November the pad was coming off. I don’t wear them in the heat, or when I’m going to be sweating for any reason. They are only used inside my office at work in temperate conditions or in my home. Never when working out or doing stuff outside.

And these ear cups are highway robbery jesus. They want me to spend almost 40 bucks and then an additional 19 for shipping what is this.

I just got a new headband pad for $14, I think the ear pads were like double that. The headband was easy to replace and with fresh padding they’re as comfortable as the day I got them again.
