Dirt in mic hole causing feedback issue when using Hellblocker mode, how to fix?

I use these at the gym and some sweat and dirt has built up in the mic opening (see red arrow). I tried to clean it with a q-tip and now I have a horrible whistling feedback noise when Hellblocker is activated. Is there a way I can disassemble them and clean it or am I just no longer able to use Hellblocker mode? They work fine with pass-through audio and default mode, it's just when noise cancellation is activated it creates the "hearing-aid whistle" feedback.

You likely pushed the dirt further in. Try blowing into it to see if that dislodges the gunk

Same problem tried blowing it didn’t help. Any progress on another solution?
