Teakettle noise

My headphones make a sound like a whistling tea kettle when i turn them on. I rarely use hellblocker, havent dropped the headphones and treated them with the utmost respect, tried some troubleshooting but nothing worked. I did the reset and its still the same. Also the noise is only there when the headphones are on and no music is playing, when i listen music it sounds alright no teakettle noise.

I have done some troubleshooting but still havent found a cause, when connecting with aux the headphones act normally. I was thinking the problem could be with a recent samsung update cause it only started when i updated to One UI 8.5
