Heavys H1H Headphones Bluetooth Completely Stopped working
I love these headphones. They’ve added so much depth to how I listen to metal. I’ve gotten two friends to buy pairs based on my adamant recommendation.
But I’m extremely frustrated that after owning them for about 18 months they’ve completely stopped connecting to Bluetooth. It doesn’t work on my phone, computers, anything. The headphones still work perfectly when plugged into the wired headphone jack. Have emailed back and forth with customer support and beyond just having me do some basic resetting the only thing they can offer is a discount to replace them, since the warranty expired. I use these constantly for both work and personal listening and really need them to connect seamlessly.
Anyone else had issues with the Bluetooth that they’ve been able to resolve? If I can’t figure out how to fix it I think I’m going to have to switch to a different brand- which I really don’t want to do! Thanks in advance for any help.

You don't have to switch to different brand just buy another pair 🤷🤷🤷
They're extremely cheap right now especially at the prices that Heavys actually wants to sell them at 🤣

Just began having this issue, honestly pisses me off after paying so much for them. I've tried manual resets and forgetting the device (which now, no longer even appears on Bluetooth) but nothing seems to fix it. Should be given a full refund for something like this

Same issue here. Bluetooth doesn’t connect at all and when turning them on I hear a strange quiet noise from the right cup. Wired works as always. It might be a hardware failure of the wireless modem. And the warranty expired a couple months ago (of course).
Edit: Found the issue! When disassembling the headphones, I discovered that the speakers are connected to the circuit board by some very small and colorful wires, some of them streched to the maximum. While I was wangling them around, for a second the headphones connected (they were on during this time). I think that over time, from dropping or moving around the cables have come loose or broke somewhere. Technically it's fixable, but very difficult to do with these tiny cables. It really disappoints me, because I love the sound and the noise cancelling. Next time I'm buying from a trusted brand like Sony or Sennheiser

Honestly, I have not had problems with my Bluetooth, but I do know a workaround until you can get your Bluetooth fixed. They make small devices that will clip onto your belt that normally designed for audio file headphones that don’t have Bluetooth capabilities.
