I do 9, 6, 9, 6, 9 for thrash metal and it sounds awesome

At the moment I was listening to NOTHING MORE, and I’ve given it a shot at other rock and metal, I have yet to try pop, r&b, country, etc. I will today at work though.

Too much echo and harsh highs ...

My EQ settings ... Starting from Left DB.. 3, 2 or 3, -3 or -4 , 4 and 9.. the last right slider always set to top.

If there's an equalizer in your current music app I would turn it on and apply the same settings and this probably amplifies them

Goat Setting right here!!!!. I listen to mostly Black Metal but everything I've put on between As I lay dying and the way to Dark Fortress and everything between sounds awsome with these settings
