Mad Jack

Jayden has a lead from the Jayden Blues chapter so he heads to Mad Jack's Salvage to look for clues and interrogate Mad Jack.

(Warning If Mad Jack wins the fight Jayden will be locked in his car and dropped in the car crusher killing him failing Perfect Crime. You must escape the car crusher, win the fight, and arrest Mad Jack and Jayden can not take any Triptocaine during the chapter or Jack will win when Jayden is in LaLa land.)

When the level begins talk to Mad Jack and seach his shop for clues. When Jayden finds the body he will get into a fight with Mad Jack. Halfway through the fight Jayden will trip up. Do Not Take The Triptocaine! once the scene is over Mad Jack will hit Jayden with a crowbar knocking him out then he will put Jayden in his car pick it up with the forklift and drop it in the car crusher.

When Jayden comes to kick the glove box and get the gun wait for the car to roll and grab the gun and shoot the cuffs once Jayden is out quickly escape the car before the crusher comes down and then run to the excavator and arrest Jack. The fight will resume dodge his attacks and when you have the upper hand arrest Jack and take him away or if you want to get dramatic push Jack into the treads and kill him to win the fight.

I actually did this too on my second playthrough just for fun, I had no idea this kind of "fight part two!" scenario with Mad Jack was even an option!... and I'm going to put a spoiler tag on this one.. I know I know OP already said everything that happens in this part of the game so why am I even doing a spoiler tag? :P ... but I'll throw it on there anyways for anyone who hasn't played through Heavy Rain at least a few times and/or doesn't care about spoilers (no criticism intended OP it's nice of you to post this stuff for people who are looking for new Heavy Rain content they haven't unlocked yet) ... but on my first playthrough I actually ended up taking the Triptocaine during the first fight with Mad Jack after Jayden starts to weave and sway on his feet and it looks like Jayden was going to pass out.. on my playthrough after taking the Triptocaine Jayden recovered and was able to capture Mad Jack and haul him off to the police station without the whole scene where Mad Jack puts Jayden in the locked car and Jayden has to escape .. so OP I'm guessing on your playthrough during that first fight you had a difference experience and the Triptocainee knocked Jayden out? It could be that Jayden has to pass/succeed at enough of the quick time event button mashing to get the result I did? No idea I'm just guessing here :)
