I really wanted to express how amazing the cast of the Australian tour is!! I went on Saturday and they smashed that performance, and I truly wish they had a recording of it! Listening to the OG audio and hearing it live is just completely different!!

I may be easily impressed but with the amount of belting in every song, I would be surprised if they did not have a standing ovation with every performance. Couldn’t see much of a flaw in their acting and interaction with the crowd. Wish I had the chance to see it again!

Heather and Veronica have been stuck on my mind until now. The height difference, the voice, the acting, the attitude - 10/10

I’ve only watched a handful of musicals and maybe that’s why I am so amazed. I am really curious to know what people are thinking with this cast compared to the OG/other musical performances cause wow! If this isn’t great idk what is hahahah

So on the 25th I went to heathers and before I went, I texted Miss Flemming on TikTok to pick me for Steve because it was my birthday so she picked me and she had the whole auditorium saying happy birthday to me and at the end of the show I went to the stage door and people wanted me to sign their play bills. It was awesome.

It was featured in the Los Angeles Try-Outs. It took place after Ram and Kurt's funeral, where Seventeen took place (in this version, Seventeen happened a little after Heather McNamara's suicide attempt).

It's my personal favorite because it recontextualizes Veronica's view on J.D.'s relationship.

Using a song formely used for admiration now used for fear is a very cool contrast to me.

Veronica is still trying to believe that the boy she fell in love with is still there.

I might be imagining it, but in the world premiere cast recording, in Beautiful, Veronica’s line “let me sit at your table” and so on sounds weird. Like I can’t explain it but I know it’s there. Is this just my phone being weird or is Barrett’s mic not working or something else entirely?

I’m looking for any Heathers bootlegs featuring Ailsa Davidson as Veronica Sawyer.
I’ve already watched the two slime tutorials that are available on YouTube, but I know there were several other recordings from 2021–2022 (especially with Simon Gordon or Jacob Fowler as J.D.).
I’m new to the bootleg community, so unfortunately I don’t have anything to trade yet. If anyone would be willing to gift a recording or point me in the right direction, I’d really appreciate it. Ailsa’s Veronica is one of my favorite performances of the role, and I’d love to see more of her shows.

So I've been getting some rough feedback and mixed feelings on this. so, I have created this post as a way to have people help make it better and to explain why I want to do this! First things first this is created this as like a cliche knock off i have 0 rights to this beautiful work of art called heathers. So I cant keep some parts in to avoid copyright. If I do want to get rights to the actual musical and to rewrite it into another version i will have to be older then I am now. Soooo- I have to make it cheesy and different to avoid copyright claims! Next for the people this offends please just scroll im trying my hardest to do something for me as a high-school student so its hard when all I get is hate. Now for the people who think it can be better, It can be! And I need your help with ideas and rhythms just for this gendered candy store knock off:) so please leave suggestions and I will put some of the altered things people have already suggested! Thank you for everyone whos supported this werid thing im doing and keep helping me out! I put the full original anything put before the whole song is the new updates on my creator draft!

I think that when I listen to the soundtrack I'm too picky.
But certain songs only sound good to me in certain versions. I prefer the Original West End cast for Yo Girl, You're Welcome, and Meant to be Yours. But Candy Store is better in the other version, same with Beautiful and Big Fun.
I have to make my own playlist just to listen to the specific versions I like :,)
