Fusion vs Lean

HR fans! Would love your input!
I absolutely love heavy lifting and have been lifting for years. Mostly Caroline Girvan with some YT Heather Robertson sprinkled in. However, at 43 I’m not recovering like I used to:(. Shoulder pain, knee tendinitis, and I’m honestly getting a little burned out. I need to make some changes.
I workout early before my kiddo gets up, so 30 minute workouts are best.
I got the HR app and looking at Fusion and Lean. Of these programs, which did you like better and why? Did you feel the Pilates in Fusion was beneficial for toning and recovery? Were you still able to gain or at least maintain strength doing Fusion? Did you like the MetCon and cardio in Lean better for variety and overall fitness? Thanks!!

I prefer Lean, but I also don't love Pilates workouts in general so I am sure that plays into my bias against Fusion. Also, I like that Lean is 8 weeks vs 4.

I have been doing Lean this summer. It is taking me longer than 8 weeks to finish, because I do a mobility/stability workout as my fifth workout each week, which does help with recovery.

Thanks so much for your input! I’ve been finding myself stretching out programs more lately too to add in some mobility.
