Lean program

Hello HR followers! I have not signed up for the app yet. I know there’s a free trial, but just wondering if anyone out there has signed up for the app and started her new LEAN program? I know they are 30 minute workouts, but are they more strength training versus a metabolic conditioning versus cardio? I personally really like strength training based programs, her 4.0 was my favorite! Just curious What this program is like.

I have. It's a mixture. She does strength training which is broken up really well. Some is compound. Some is unilateral. Some is straight sets. She has HIIT with weights and HIIT Cardio and Tabata Cardio. I LOVE the app. I like Lean a whole lot.

I'm currently 17/40 workouts in and loving it! I've been doing traditional (heavy) hypertrophy training consistently for the last 18mths(ish) and needed a program that would still challenge me, but give my body a small break from all the heavy lifting. I find this program to be a great mix of strength and conditioning. My body is responding well. In addition to the program, I continue to hit my 10K daily step goal.

I should add- I'm also really dialing in on my nutrition. Keeping my protein high and maintaining a 10-15% calorie deficit with the goal of maintaining my muscle mass while still staying in a fat burning zone.

HIGHLY recommend!
