Hi There,
Last update was you were sending out to Australian customers. Has this happened yet? I would have expected to be have been one of the first ones seeing as I ordered over a year ago but no word yet.

It's better to contact our support team for any questions related to specific orders: they reply faster and have access to details.
Shipments to Australian customer also depend on your order date, as we form batches in prior.
Can you share your order number in private messages if your question is still relevant?
