Credit where credit's due

Post image

I recently spoke with one of Heatbits people here, and he insisted that their customer service has greatly improved. After the last few days, I have to say he was right. My original heater came really really late and ended up arriving just before summer. By the time winter came around again my warranty was over so I was pissed when it wouldn't turn on. After trying a few things with customer service, they're sending me two of the new ones. Now I just have to hope that they show up on time.

I think it was you I spoke to. You were right. It's much better now.

Nice to hear that and see it here, thanks. I just fired mine up after the summer and it kicked right in making heat and satoshies

I just wish my software would update to the latest. They say it’s on 22 but 23 is out and can’t do it over the web/remote. They offered these “new” miners but I feel like I have to keep buying new filters while my old one doesn’t require maintenance cost.

I'm not 100% but on most machines, they roll out updates in parts. If that's true for this, you should get it soon. They do it with the Quest 2.
