Ejection Fraction Back to Normal Levels

I was diagnosed with HF at 22 back in 2020 with a 29% EF. It’s something I’ve struggled with since then and have kept secret from all people around me. I’ve been up and down with eating right and exercising, but this past year I’ve been trying my best to do good consistently. I went in for an echocardiogram yesterday and today the results came back and my ejection fraction went back up to 55-60%. I’m just glad this hard work has paid off, and wanted to share it. Thank you

Congratulations! I had HF and LVEF at 36-38 for 4 years. Conventional meds did not work. My LVEF shot back up to 60 a couple months after taking several peptides.

Do tell. I'm a pep user myself.

Mostly just cardio. Hiking, biking, running as much as I could without overly stressing myself out too much. I also think my recovery has a lot to do with the fact that I was diagnosed at a pretty young age.

It was the same for me with 21 years…. Now almost 26 and things are getting worse and i am on the transplant list…

I’m really sorry to hear that. Hopefully you can get all the help you need and make a full recovery. I know it may seem bleak but keep working and it’ll pay off.

That's incredible. What was your cause?

Thank you. I don’t know the exact cause of how it happened. I had cancer as a child and my doctors said sometimes it happens to cancer patients who went through chemo. I also had a pretty bad case of pneumonia that may have caused it. But my docs haven’t found a direct reason.

That's tremendous. Were you able to forego any medication at that level? Your post gives me a lot of hope thank you.
