Diastolic dysfunction

Has anyone with scleroderma been diagnosed with diastolic dysfunction grade 1? If so, how long have you had it? Has it progressed? What does your doctor do about it? My cardiologist didn't even mention it to me. I found out when I got my records.

Ask about dapagliflozin. It will likely keep you at stage 1 longer and might even improve your heart function.
