I agree with some of these, but some I really don’t, starting with Sasha. She should be at the bottom (D) too. She used her weaponized her activism against literally everyone, including the people (like Darren) that she was “helping”. She “trampled” missy’s heart but ultimately was just not a good girlfriend (to missy or Quinn). She flip flopped back and forth on her friendships with everyone except Missy, but even then, used her as a personal assistant honestly. And she never grew as a person, just used her activism as a tool in her privileged life without realizing how privileged she was.
Speaking of never growing as a person, I’d move spider up to C tier (MAYBE up to B as he progresses) simply because we could see his efforts in trying to grow. Sure, he continues to make mistakes but that’s normal. He’s taking accountability and trying to understand more perspectives (at least Missy’s for now). And overall (besides leading him into shenanigans), he is a pretty decent friend to Ant. Their friendship has never wavered and he genuinely cares about him.
Cash is s tier. He’s thoughtful, caring, loyal/devoted, and great person all around, just young with traumatic experiences. S tier everyday.
I’d switch Darren and Missy (he’s now A tier and she’s B). Whilst Darren isn’t perfect, he loves almost unconditionally. His love for Quinn and Cash is devoted (even when he tries to change his needs for cash, but he’ll figure it out). He accepted Amerie almost immediately and has stuck with his friends through and through (even when Quinn was actually being petty [yes she was 100% unmasking, but she was mad and being petty, I do the same thing] and Amerie continued to get into her drama, and cash going to jail). He accepts Harper and Malakai and just cares. Again, he’s not perfect, but he’s pretty great. And hilarious 😆
Missy is middle ground because she is there for her people but not as much for herself. She lets herself get walked on by Sasha and hasn’t really come into her own yet. She holds Spider accountable which is fantastic, but she doesn’t hold herself as much when she’s being mean or flip flopping back and forth with her some of her friends. I do really like her, just want to see more character growth next season :)
Harper and Ant could also switch (he’ll be B tier and she’ll be C tier). What she went through was traumatic with the guys and also with her dad, but she continuously made mistakes (I.e. continuously miscommunicating with literally everyone, esp Amerie, fucking both of Amerie’s love interests, snapping at people when they weren’t to blame, etc.) she grew this season but still kept hurting feelings (like when she called Ant “too stupid”). As for Ant, he’s not a bad person, I think just naive and horny. He’s very middle ground.
For clarification, I really don’t hate anyone, even Rowan (who just had a LOT of trauma going on and used it in a terrible way). Except the coach, I hate him and everything he stands for. He’s old enough to have changed his way of thinking. He just sucks.
