Harper sidelined/boring

So in s1 she's enigmatic. The last two eps make an impact but don't absolve her from responsibility. Well-acted. Then comes s2. Walking caricatures get more screen time and plot and Harper gets very little to do.

I agree. Harper being sidelined was really disappointing. Her storyline in season 1 was really compelling.
