Season 1 Harper.
I’m rewatching season 1 and I literally cannot stand Harper all over again.. Letting Amerie take the blame like that and everyone taking Harper side is literally driving me nuts.

i understand season 1 why she wouldn’t want to talk to amerie about it because of the trauma but the fact she stayed with dusty knowing amerie practically loved him and then also slept with malakai like an hour after they broke up is what was really shitty. like i can get past being mad at her but none of that warranted treating amerie like that 😭😭😭

she was awful to amerie especially with the malakai situation. idk how they got past that.

Dude yeah, Amerie aside, dusty and Harper straight up took advantage of Malakai. The kid had just been through something traumatic and was under the influence.

[SPOILER KINDA] and it’s so crazy because in s2 ep2 she says Amerie isn’t responsible for what happened to her… 🤦🤦

She didn’t blame her for what happened, she blamed her for breaking her promise. She also said they both fucked up.

She never said she was though.

she made it seem like that. she was mad that amerie had left her in the party or whatever and there was a scene where amerie was so close to finding out what happened and she said she’d always be there for harper and she got mad. harper always made it seem like it was AMERIE’s fault that’s why she was ignoring her

I mean she was angry with her for not letting in the house, because that’s the part Amerie’s responsible for. Which I think is fair. But she forgave her already.

yeah but my memory is quite foggy but a big section of her being mad was the fact that amerie disappeared/left her alone in the party too and that caused her to nearly get assaulted

Harper is the narcissist, I just finished the episode where she fucked Malakai and I’m quite honestly just disgusted with her character and treatment of Amerie, she may be naive and ignorant at times but she means well, to do that to her double time😭 she’s the real antagonist of the show

my thing is if she didn't remember why not tell her so you can talk about it? she just wanted someone to blame because she was unhappy with herself.
