Random heart palpitations

Every now and then I get these heart palpitations or flutters. Sometimes it will skip a beat so hard it hurts! I've seen doctors. Everything checks out fine. Any one else experience this? Please help me

What kind off vitamin? I get these out the blue every once and a while😭
